Koumasis

We created both the identity and the website for the office. We started with the logo, then designed a website that explains in plain words a process most people find difficult and full of paperwork, and leads visitors to book an appointment.

The office’s audience is mainly people close to retirement and their families. So the design prioritises readable text, a clear structure and a calm tone, with the orange of the new identity guiding the eye to the key actions.

The main goals included:

• A one-page website with a fixed menu, for quick access to services, process, FAQ and contact
• Each service with a short explanation and a list of what the office takes care of
• The process in simple, numbered steps, from the first contact to following the case
• Frequently asked questions that answer doubts before the first phone call
• A prominent “Book an appointment” button and responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop

The website was built on WordPress, so the office can update its copy and services easily.

We delivered:

• A contact form with spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
• A lightweight build with the WordPress block editor, for fast loading
• An SEO-friendly structure, with the FAQ ready to answer real searches
• A link to the office’s Facebook page

Pensions and insurance are a stressful subject. We didn’t want a website that impresses, but one that reassures: it explains what will happen, in what order and what the client needs to provide, without promises that don’t depend on the office.

Koumasis now has:

• A clear presentation of its services and process
• A simple path from the first visit to an appointment
