The client wanted to implement a WooCommerce store where multiple brands coexist, but with a common cart, checkout and management. The goal was to clearly differentiate the identity of each brand, provide easy navigation for the user, and support a bilingual experience (Greek & English) to expand to an international audience.
Frontend targets
The design of the UI was based on a balance between differentiation and consistency. Each brand has its own category, mood and photography, but they all maintain a common thread for a unified user experience.
Objectives of the frontend:

Attentive visual layout with clear visual separation by brand

Quick navigation and filters by brand, category, item

Mobile-first experience for parents, shoppers and casual users

Common cart & checkout regardless of where the products came from

Smooth language switching (EN/GR) with WPML support
Backend functionality
The infrastructure was based on WordPress + WooCommerce, with special configurations and plugins to meet the functional needs of a multi-brand store:

Our approach
The challenge here was to combine three distinct philosophies into a unified experience, without losing the identity of any brand. We managed to create a quality, responsive and easy-to-use platform where the end user can:
